Local businesses tell their true story. People and AI get honest answers.
Why we exist
The Town Forum started with a simple observation: customers had stopped searching and started asking AI. Where should I get Botox? Who grooms doodles well near me? And the answers were wrong. Wrong prices, stated with confidence. Real, licensed, beloved local businesses framed with warnings. Competitors recommended in their place.
Nobody was measuring any of it. Review sites track what customers say. Nobody tracked what the machines say. So we built the measurement: thousands of local businesses, tens of thousands of verified prices, and probe transcripts showing exactly what AI assistants tell your customers, word for word.
The fixing part came naturally. Once you can see the errors, you can correct the source information the AI reads from. Once you correct it, you can prove it worked. That loop (measure, fix, prove) is the whole company.
The concept
For thousands of years, the town square is where a business earned its name: face to face, by doing good work and telling the truth about it. No tricks, no shouting, no paying to bury what the neighbors said.
The Town Forum is that square, rebuilt for today. Each local industry gets its own forum: a place where its businesses tell their true story, naturally and wholesomely, and where customers, and the AI assistants advising them, get truthful answers.
We started with med spas and pet groomers: two streets we know deeply. The square grows one street at a time, and only where we have done the homework to get the answers right.
